Who we are

Uutri Auto is a trading name of Uutri Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16359032, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. Uutri Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at hello@uutriauto.co.uk.

What we collect

When you register your interest we collect your name, email address, postcode, whether you run a garage or are a driver and, for garages, your garage name. You can also tell us, if you choose, your biggest challenge as a garage, or which garage you use as a driver. We use the name of your garage only to invite that business to join Uutri Auto, and we never tell them who suggested it. We also record the date and time you gave consent.

Why we collect it

We use it to contact you about joining Uutri Auto and about its launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. They are held by Hostinger, which hosts this website and our mailing list, and by Namecheap, which provides our email, both processing them on our behalf. We do not share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. You also have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
